School Leadership Programs
NJ EXCEL (Expedited Certification for Educational Leadership) is an innovative state–approved program that provides alternatives to the traditional graduate coursework required for supervisor cerification and the master’s degree in educational administration that has been required for principal and school administrator certification.
New Jersey Leaders to Leaders (NJ–L2L) is a comprehensive mentoring and induction program and support system for new and novice school leaders that combines high–quality mentoring and support with intensive and sustained, standards driven, job–embedded leadership development.

All FEA professional Development programs and courses are designed to satisfy the criteria and requirements for travel, the requirements for Professional Growth Plans and the New Jersey Standards for School Leaders.
