Special Feature — Reflection Groups

All Reflection Group activities will be held at Princeton University immediately following afternoon presentations.

One of the highlights of this conference is the opportunity to meet with other people from New Jersey, other parts of the country, and around the world who share the same interests. Discussion, problem-solving and sharing make up the major activities in these sessions. The goals of the Reflection Groups are as follows:

  • Diagnosing School Cultures - learn about other school cultures and identify their strategies in enhancing communication, trust and rapport
  • Dialoguing - create a friendly forum of school leaders and administrators who can give and receive constructive feedback
  • Integrating and Synthesizing Information - develop a conversation and discussion around the new theories and ideas presented in conference workshops
  • Networking - establish a network of school leaders with like concerns and interests which will continue into the future
  • Having Fun!
