BartolettiIn our extremely complex educational world, the powerful forces of fiscal austerity, reform, restructuring and policy changes provide new challenges for today’s administrators and those aspiring to the administration. This dynamic, information packed conference will target how successful school administrators act and respond to both those forces and the everyday problems in their schools.
The Principals’ Center for Educational Leadership is a practice based program, and one that is a great departure from traditional training programs for school leaders that usually ignore actual practice and, instead, focus on a specific body of subject matter or technical strategies like school-based management. This timely program will emphasize and concentrate on the skills and standards necessary for effective school management and an intelligent approach for solving problems.
