The Foundation for Educational Administration (FEA) promotes sustained professional growth, supports research-based practices, and enhances the spectrum of leadership for the purpose of continuous school improvement for professional learning communities. FEA services all educators including teachers, supervisors, and administrators K-12.

All PLS instructors are seasoned professionals, experienced classroom teachers, and possess excellent facilitation skills.
